No contest the breakfast at the Radisson hotel in LA was great you could choose anything from cereals, pancakes, salmon, scrambles eggs, hash browns, sausages, bacon, corn beef, toast, strawberry, apples, organges, pineapples, cakes to die for and of course coffee by the bucketful :). This was only my snack!  

 The Los Angeles workshop was mind blowing as we discussed ways of improving customer service via the Internet. Highlighting the plus and minus of each approach.
